Carolina Custódio

Carolina works as an Administrative Support and Project Manager at LIP –
Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental, supporting the Social
Physics and Complexity (SPAC) Lab Team and the Project Management Office
(PMO).

Her work includes coordinating meetings and activities, arranging
travel, managing project payment requests and documentation, onboarding
new colleagues, and supporting events, helping to create a smooth and
supportive environment for research.

With a background in project management, communication, digital
management, and event production, Carolina has worked across several
areas, including education, e-learning, gamification, arts and culture,
embracing now the complex systems science area.
