At the 21st Conference of the Complex Systems Society (CCS 2025), held in Siena, two researchers from SPAC, Ana Vranić and Lília Perfeito, presented their research work.
Ana Vranić presented the study “Fake News Spread: An Analysis of Twitter Across Different Topics”, which analyzes the spread of fake news across different topics on Twitter.
Lília Perfeito presented the work “A Method to Infer Diagnoses from Prescription Data”, proposing an innovative approach to infer medical diagnoses from prescription data.
Participation in this conference provided SPAC’s researchers with an excellent opportunity to share their results, discuss ideas with international researchers, and strengthen collaborations in the fields of complex systems and data analysis.
